Morgan Real Estate
& Financial

Spotted unnecessary website costs and rebuilt an outdated site into a modern destination for clients.

$1,200 / yearin subscription costs removed
The story behind the rebuild

The problem

Morgan was paying for a design and maintenance service it no longer used, plus hosting that was expensive for its traffic. The outdated site also made it harder to confidently direct clients online.

My approach

I identified both costs, rebuilt the website from the ground up, and moved it to more appropriate hosting while giving the company a modern digital presence.

The result

Removing the unused subscription eliminated $1,200 in annual costs, alongside lower hosting costs. The refreshed site gave the team a better place to send prospective clients.

NYU
Violet OP

Built an online home for NYU’s esports community, connecting events, match schedules, club applications, and the people behind VOP.

One homefor events, teams, and community
Built around the community

The need

VOP needed a central place for members to engage with upcoming events planned for 100+ attendees and partnerships involving Riot Games and Gen.G. Players and viewers also needed reliable dates for livestreamed matches.

My approach

I built the club’s website from the ground up around event information, match schedules, applications, and team profiles, making it easier to find both club activities and the people organizing them.

The purpose

A shared home designed to help members discover events, follow teams, and find a place in the club as the community grows.
